This is me, today on my 33rd birthday.
Unedited, in a crop top and tiny shorts - something a few years ago I never would have done when I’m not feeling my ‘best’ self.
Self love I genuinely believe is something that has to be consistently worked on, and it’s certainly not an overnight healing process.
It takes work, every single day and there are constant ups and downs.
One minute you feel like a boss babe, full of confidence and strutting around like you own the place
The next you’re on the sofa basically wearing a bin bag, hating what you see in the mirror and texting your friends saying how rank and gross you feel.
I know I’ve fallen back into a self loathing sequence recently, where I almost seek validation from my friends asking them if I look okay.
If we aren’t our own biggest fans then what are we?!
I don’t know about you, but I’m bored of having these negative thoughts.
It’s exhausting and not getting me anywhere.
So today I am making a promise to myself.
To STOP being so hard on myself.
To remember the least interesting thing about me is my body.
To be proud that I got through the worst year of my life last year, and a little bit of extra cushion is actually healthy!
And to be damn proud of this little bizniss I’ve built where I get to help and empower all you fantastic females every bloody day.
I’m not saying I’m gonna be perfect from now on and not have bad days.
But I’m gonna try, with all my might to love myself that little bit harder and realise I’m not actually, that bad 😂
So happy bday to me and I ask you all as a birthday pressie to me, to love yourself too 💜

Indecisive has been my middle name and something I’ve seriously struggled with for quite some time.
Whether that’s scrolling 7 hours to find food on Deliveroo to then get SO overwhelmed with too many options I delete the app and am left starving to death.
Or tossing and turning with ‘to go out or not to go out’ ‘to drink or not to drink’
Or the biggest, serious ADULT assignment of making big business decisions on my Todd.
Working on your own is hard AF.
And I know so many people feel it in this disconnected world we now find ourselves in.
Loneliness is a feeling that’s been quite new to me this summer.
Even though I’m surrounded by friends and family, and have the most unbelievable support network around me (you know who you are 🥹) I’ve been struggling on my own, majority in business with no other eyes or ears to work with.
Having too many options in life can actually be a curse and cause even more stress than we really need.
So I’m writing this post to share and say a few things -
I finally pulled my big girl pants up and have decided to build my very own branded app that is going to have SO many programs, plans, education, all super fancy and techy so you will be completely SPOILED and all your symptoms/goals will be taken care of.
It feels SO good to have finally got to this decision, and I wish I hadn’t compared or listened to too many people if I’m honest.
I also get a team to support me through this all and build it FINALLY!
There will ALWAYS be something else you can do.
Other competition. Another way.
Write down what you want, listen to someone who’s done it before you and done it well - then your gut.
Keep it simple. Do you research but don’t over complicate!
This life is too short so I’m going to seriously work on my indecisiveness as my poor little brain cannnnot cope anymore 😂
If you’ve been on the fence about something for a while.
Pull your finger out your 🍑 and just bloody do it because my god it feels good.
Watch this space over the next few weeks for bigggg updates - I am SO buzzing with what we have in store and how many more of you I can help.

When I first started my PCOS journey, I went throu

When I first started my PCOS journey, I went through years of doing all the things at once and not understanding why nothing ever worked.
In fact my symptoms were just getting worse and I was mentally at my lowest point ever.
After a massive weekend where I’d binge on so many deliveroos to the point I would be sick, I’d then tell myself I’m gonna start again on Monday and cut out everything out.
No sugar. No dairy. No soy. No wheat. No bread. No sweets. No chocolate. No Alcohol.
Basically - No fun whatsoever.
This then lead to a terrible relationship with food and my body.
I was stuck in this viscous cycle for years.
If this sounds like you - I promise you are not alone! Not only have I been there, but 99% of my clients who come to me are also stuck.
And we work together to get them out of it because it’s really not a nice place to be.
Perfectionism I soon realised is what I was striving for and fundamentally, what I was doing wrong.
Putting so much pressure on myself and making me literally hate my life by removing all the things I love was getting me no where and only making me miserable.
Perfectionism is unrealistic so I ask you first off to remove it from your brain.
It’s also stressful. And stress is the last thing we need when dealing with PCOS
We don’t need to be perfect.
We need to conquer the 80/20 lifestyle.
80% of the time, focus on making healthier choices that are beneficial for your hormones.
The remaining 20% is for YOU to live your life to the fullest.
Go out with friends, have that bottle of prosecco or that pizza.
When we try to overhaul our entire lifestyle overnight, we’re setting ourselves up for failure.
It’s overwhelming and, let’s be honest, not sustainable.
But small changes? Those we can manage.
And over time, these small changes become habits, setting us on the path to not just manage but reverse PCOS.
So,
Aim for progress, not perfection.
Build habits that last a lifetime.
And most importantly, let’s not forget to have fun along the way! 💜
